We understand that dealing with debt can be extremely stressful, and sometimes your creditors' attempts to get you to pay can border on harassment. You do have rights though, and if they have stepped beyond
the boundariesset out by the Office of Fair Trading then you can make a complaint. Tell us about it and we can let you know if that is an appropriate course of action.
We also provide the services that are necessary to carry out the solutions that are available, as well as free
debt advice. All of the information that you provide us with will be dealt with in the strictest confidence, none of
your details will be handed over to third parties.
